Refund and Enrollment Credit Policy

By enrolling in a Pioneers Lab program, the enrolling parent, guardian, or student agrees to the following refund terms.

Before the program begins

The enrolling parent, guardian, or student may cancel the enrollment at any time before the first scheduled program session and receive a full refund of the tuition paid.

Within the first 24 hours

A cancellation submitted within 24 hours after the first scheduled program session begins is eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the tuition paid.

After the first 24 hours

No cash refunds will be issued more than 24 hours after the first scheduled program session begins.

Anyone who withdraws after this period may receive an enrollment credit equal to 50% of the tuition paid. The credit:

• May be applied to one future Pioneers Lab enrollment
• Must be used within 12 months of the original program start date
• Is subject to program availability
• Is nonrefundable and has no cash value

How to cancel

All cancellation and credit requests must be submitted in writing to hello@pioneerslab.org. The effective cancellation time is the date and time Pioneers Lab receives the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Agreement

By completing payment, the enrolling parent, guardian, or student acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Enrollment Credit Policy.
